Finally Friday

Hello everyone!

We just wanted to extend our condolences to every family in the cat blogosphere who has lost a family member this year. We know how if feels and have found it hard to talk about. We still have not posted much about what Lucinda went through with her kidney disease. We will save that for another post. Now we want to offer you all some hope.

Someday, while you are still grieving, you will feel something brush against you, but there is no one around. Out of the corner of your eye, you will see the tip of a tail that vanishes. You will hear a familiar meow while you are in a place where there are no cats. If any of this happens to you, just clear your mind and understand that your cat, dog, person, is trying to let you know that it's okay to be sad, and that they are still with you.

Trust us. This happens.

That was a lovely tribute to all who have crossed.

Thank you so much, Moe and Carmela. We all got a little leaky when we read this.

It is hard to be happy that Cloudy isn't in pain when it hurts us with how much we miss him, but you're right. There are times that we fink we see or hear Samantha and we know she's still close.

We know it happens :))

And things that hurt take time to talk about, Momma still finds it hard to talk about her babies that came before us and that was quite a few years ago now.
The only thing she talks about them is the happy memories and we do not think that is so bad coz that is what we want her to remember.. the happy times :)

Yes, you are right. That does indeed happen, just watch, look, listen, wait.....they will let you know of their presence.
