Our momma saw this (tasty morsel) caterpillar at our local arboretum, but did not bring it home for us to (eat) play with!

What a beautiful caterpillar! It's too bad your Mom didn't bring it home. It looks like it would be a great toy.

OH wow he is HUGE!!
I am glad your Momma let it be. Momma says that a lot of caterpillars cuddle in a blankie only to emerge big beautiful butterflies to chase around.
It is very much fun to chase around flying things :)
