Ona:
I don't know. Meat?

Carmela:
Ona, you're always hungry!

Well, yes I am. Let's ask Cosmo. He is always in the bathroom with Momma. Hey, Cosmo!

Cosmo:

Yes?

Sunday with Cosmo

Hey and good morning!

It is your favorite house panther, Cosmo! I am just hinging out on my shelf and watching out for pesky flies and other things that bug my humans!

Did you hear that we have a new housemate? She is very pretty and she has black furs like me. Now my humans can't blame just me for any stray black furs on random light colored clothing! 

Well, there is a fly that needs to be caught, so I will sign off and get back to you soon.

Goodbye and hello!

Hello everfurry one! I am the Chicats spokescat for today! My name is Ona and I came to live with Angel Moe, Carmela, and Cosmo last September. When I first came to my new home, I was very shy and hid under the bed in my room. My new momma spent lots of time on her back petting me and making sure that I knew that I was safe and loved. You see, my first human momma was very sick and went to her side of the rainbow bridge. I was alone in the house, until my new momma came and rescued me. I started coming out of my room at night and allowed my new daddy to pet me and love me up. He gives me my lunch and treats during the day. 

We had to say goodbye to our brother Moe, in February. He had another attack of pancreatitis, and had his gall bladder removed. He was too sick and we had to have him helped to the Bridge. We all miss him, especially Carmela. He was the love of her life. She is lonely, but we try to keep her occupied with toys, treats, and lots of love.

Cosmo has been the protector of the house. He keeps the dust bunnies and flies under control! g

All in all, we are doing fine. We survived a harsh winter. We watched momma leave for work and warmly welcomed her home, in the evening. Summer is here, so we are hoping for open windows and birds on the wires in the alley.

Thursday with Cosmo

I like to hang out in the sink, while momma works in the kitchen. sometimes if I am a "good boy"*, I get a treat like a whole shrimp or a piece of fish.

 

 

 

*I'm a "good boy" if I sit and wait patiently for my treat. I'm not a "good boy" if I snag it myself!

Moe's birthday and other news!

Hey, everyone! As the senior spokescat of the house, it is my duty to apologize for the lack of postings from all of us.

It's been a crazy year, so far. Our catgrandpa went to his side of the bridge in December. I was a sick kitty with pancreatitis. Carmela had a uti. Cosmo is young and healthy. Daddy had lap-band surgery. Momma is missing her daddy.

My birthday was yesterday, and I want to thank the Cat Blogosphere for remembering and posting it.

We promise that you will see a lot more of us.

We miss visiting and commenting, but we will do that periodically.

It's my birthday!

Hi everyone!




Camela here. Wow, today may be my 12th birthday, don't call me an old lady. I'm still spry and full of energy. I give that young punk Cosmo his exercise. I walk past him and he can't resist chasing me! Sometimes, he gets a little rough, so daddy has to rescue me. Here is a picture of Cosmo and me bird watching. Momma asked me what I want for my birthday. I am still thinking about it. I will let you know, tomorrow.

I'm happy to be here!

Hi everyone,

It's my gotcha day! I am a happy girl and my family is the best. I came from a house of too many cats. I was very happy to come home to a place where my sister Lucinda and my cousin Moe were living. They both made me feel welcome and loved. I will always miss my sister, and Moe has my heart forever.

I know that we just had a party and trashed the house, but momma doesn't mind that I am inviting everyone over this week-end for more good times!

It's been such fun to have all my friends stop by! Momma was covered with cats last night, as she tried to get some sleep!

The party is winding down. I hope that everyone took a party favor home! We bought lots of catnip plants, so everyone can have some fresh nip anytime!

Moe: The best part of the day is when momma or daddy get tired of the pawing, whining, and general chaos that occurs when we all get hungry! Cosmo gets momma up in the morning for breakfast. Carmela usually gets us our lunch. We all take turns to get our dinners. Yes, we eat three times a day. It's good to be the King of the House!
